The Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium (SBAC)
is a standardized test consortium that creates Common Core Standards-aligned tests used in California and other states. It uses computer-adaptive online exams and performance tasks that allow students to show what they know and are able to do. The system is based on the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) for English language arts/literacy (ELA) and mathematics. Click on images below for more information.
